Meetings are usually the First Thursday of each month from September to June, 

with some exceptions. 

Meetings are held at 

Ann Street United Methodist Church Eure Bldg

500 Ann Street in Beaufort, or various field trip sites. 

Meetings start at 9:30 with refreshments, 

followed by a meeting and program at 10am.
