Coordinates contributions and sales of baked goods for the annual Beaufort Historical Associate Jumble Sale at the Beaufort Historic Site in November.
Meets Wednesday mornings to plant and tend Beaufort's public gardens and town landscaping. Coordinates watering schedule. Accomplishes other projects.
Coordinates annual bingo event by providing bingo materials, soliciting bingo gifts, and awarding prizes. Solicits silent auction items, coordinates auction bidding, and facilitates the auction. Collects money. Usually held at club meeting for February or March.

Sends correspondence to members and posts events on social media as well as working with the President regarding external communications to the public.
Maintains membership data for both printed and online directories.
Maintains up to date information on the website for the club. Creates and distributes the printed directory. Maintains photo archiv es.
Coordinates May annual tour of 8-10 selected Beaufort gardens. Coordinates end of year annual luncheon.
Assists new members with online applications, coordinates photos with our club photographer for the directory, and ensures dues payments are received. Creates, distributes and collects member badges. Clips flower to new member badges. Uses sticker on badges at first 2 meetings as reminder for dues paid and not paid. Provides a warm welcome to new members.
Work with Beaufort Historic Association to determine flowers needed for June Old Homes Tour. One arrangement for each home. Orders flowers and leads both the flower arranging and wiring events.
Takes pictures of new members and club events. Posts photos on social media sites and our website.
Serves as our liaison for the Beaufort Garden Club with the broader community regarding public art projects.
Coordinates refreshments for monthly meetings..

Works with town officials to assure that we work together smoothly and effectively.
Coordinates supplies and arranges our annual holiday wreathmaking event to produce wreaths for the BHA and the town of Beaufort. Leads this event at our December club meeting.
Recognizes great gardening with our Yard-of-the-Month awards. Announce the award each month at club meeting, and provide photos to club for social media and/or website.
